- Team Leadership: Build and maintain an effective team of customer service representatives, yard crew members, and technicians.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target.
- Health & Safety: Maintain excellent Health & Safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in the marine or automotive industry.
- 3-5 years Managerial experience.
- Understanding of basic math.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
