Game Production Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Producer to join our Story team and help us craft engaging narratives for our games.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of artists, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality game content.
Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and evaluating priorities to ensure timely delivery of features and milestones.
You will also be responsible for communicating goals and expectations to the team, motivating them to work efficiently, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Additionally, you will work closely with our Story director and Campaign director to bring gameplay and storytelling together in a seamless experience.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in game development, preferably with experience working on AAA-quality games.
You should have excellent project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and manage dependencies.
Experience with modern project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, is a plus.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
