The Gaming Studio is seeking a skilled Producer to join our Story team and contribute to the creation of engaging and authentic game experiences.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of artists, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality game content. Your key responsibilities will include:

About the Role:

  • Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation of priorities
  • Communicating goals and motivating the team to execute on time and at a high-quality level
  • Proactive risk management and mitigation
  • Ability to work effectively across disciplines to plan for and manage dependencies
  • Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
  • Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency
  • Providing regular capacity plan updates
  • Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment

About You:

We are looking for a customer-obsessed individual with a passion for delivering exceptional game experiences. You should have experience working with narrative, mission, and animation teams, and be comfortable working in modern project management methodologies. As a team player, you will be excited to work closely with designers, engineers, and content creators to empower the team to problem-solve and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing one or more game cross-functional teams through two or more game phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling)
  • Experience shipping AAA quality games
