Game Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Producer to join our Story team and help us create engaging and immersive experiences for our players.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team of artists and designers to deliver high-quality, real-time cinematic moments.
You will work closely with our Story director and Campaign director to ensure seamless integration of gameplay and storytelling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the backlog of work and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinating schedules across teams to drive features to completion
- Communicating status, resolving risks, and driving features to completion at a high quality
- Setting milestone and sprint goals and holding the team accountable
- Fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
We are looking for a candidate who is customer-obsessed, has experience working with narrative/mission/animation teams, and is comfortable with modern project management methodologies.
You should be excited to work closely with designers, engineers, and content creators, empowering the team to problem-solve and deliver high-quality results.
Previous experience shipping AAA-quality games is a must.
