Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

McDonald's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety, including adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve food service operations, including menu planning and pricing.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to promote the food service business.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as health and safety protocols.
