Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Development

Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining project schedules using company standards and scheduling techniques. You will analyze and monitor the project's critical path, prepare reports, and drive successful project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, estimators, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors, and other project services staff to provide detailed planning and scheduling of projects.
- Develop resource-loaded schedules, including lists of activities, major milestones, critical approvals, long lead procurement items, and other critical project deliverables.
- Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippages and inform management and clients of all schedule updates.
- Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology to develop and maintain critic path logic networks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' construction scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 (essential)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates.
