Position Summary:
Apex Time Solutions is seeking highly motivated and professional team players to drive sales growth exponentially. Upon successful completion of our in-house training program, incumbents will embark on a rewarding career as "hunters"; bringing their prospecting skills to a new level. Focus will be on identifying potential clients, driving leads, and supporting Account Executives in selling workforce management solution technologies. This position presents the opportunity to work with multiple accounts and develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and build sales channels in conjunction with other lead generation experts and Sales Consultants.
- Achieve personal quota based on your skills and our technology, training, and marketing support.
- Prospect for interest and start the sales process using question-based selling techniques and generate qualified leads to drive team quota achievement.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
- Minimum 1+ years of successful sales and deal closing experience, B2B preferred.
- Achieve personal quota based on your skills and our technology, training, and marketing support.
- Customer-focused – personally demonstrated that both external and internal customers are a high priority by identifying and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Education and Certifications:
- College/University degree and/or a combination of experience.
- 2-3 years in a previous role is preferred.
