At DPC Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P., we're committed to excellence in all aspects of our business. As a key member of our Distribution team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Distribution Manager in commission calculations and preparation.
  • Process all department invoices for accounts payable.
  • Prepare legal documents for independent operator contracts.
  • Participate in the creation of the annual budget.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting.
  • Support the transition to SAP.
  • Prepare administrative documents and confidential correspondence.
  • Track and measure departmental performance.
  • Ensure independent operators have necessary insurance.
  • Daily interactions with the distribution team and independent operators.
  • Assist with operator meetings.
  • Administer company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary training in accounting or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years' administrative experience.
  • Advanced business software skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
