As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team members. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or business operations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (or other languages as required)
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$75,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
