- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- MS Office skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
