Als Werkstudent Governance Risk en Compliance bij KPMG-Nederland zal je worden geconfronteerd met diverse uitdagingen. Hieronder vind je enkele voorbeelden:

  • Hoe werk je in een dynamische werkomgeving met diverse klanten en multidisciplinaire teams?
  • Hoe breng je op een onafhankelijke wijze complexe bedrijfsprocessen en risico's in kaart?
  • Hoe houd je interviews, voer je analyses uit en schrijf je rapportages?
  • Hoe houd je aandacht voor IT-analyses en cultuur en gedrag?
  • Hoe adviseer je klanten over hoe zij een interne audit, risico en interne controle afdeling moeten inrichten?

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je de volgende eigenschappen en kwalificaties nodig:

  • WO-opleiding bij voorkeur richting accountancy, financiën, economie en/of bedrijfskunde
  • Proactiviteit en goede sociale vaardigheden
  • Een professioneel kritische houding, analytisch denkvermogen en leveren van kwalitatief goed werk
  • Sterke focus op professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling
  • Enthousiaste en doortastende teamplayer
Wat ga je doen in deze functie?

Bij het uitvoeren van interne audits brengen wij bedrijfsprocessen in kaart om te beoordelen of risico's worden gemitigeerd. Hierbij kijken we naar zowel harde controles (bijvoorbeeld functiescheiding en IT-systemen) als zachte controles (bijvoorbeeld de organisatiecultuur). Op het gebied van Risicomanagement ondersteunen wij organisaties bij het identificeren en mitigeren van hun risico's. Daarnaast helpen wij organisaties bij het inrichten van de juiste beheersmaatregelen om in control te zijn.

Als Werkstudent Governance Risk en Compliance ben je volwaardig onderdeel van het team. Zo ga je mee naar klanten maar krijg je ook de ruimte om mee te helpen aan de ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening.
