Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants (TJI). As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train our staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from us.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they feel valued and respected.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-15 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Certifications: A First Aid Certificate and a Food Safety Certificate are required for this position.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is preferred, but public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and excellent oral communication skills.
