About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wayback Burgers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
