About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food preparation and service standards are met.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.

Maintain Records and Reports

Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience in Food Service

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food service environment.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.

Attention to Detail

High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of kitchen operations.

Availability and Flexibility

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
