Sutton Apothecary is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process refill prescriptions electronically and respond to customer inquiries
* Manage inventory and coordinate delivery schedules
* Collaborate with pharmacists to provide dispensary and pharmacy services
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Work within the scope of practice as dictated by provincial and federal laws

**Requirements:**

* Experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician is an asset
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks as needed

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing
* Experience in a pharmacy servicing long-term care and/or group homes
* Advanced experience in billing and third-party adjudication
