JOB TITLE: Territory Representative/Clinical Sales Specialist – General Surgery Role and Responsibilities
The Territory Representative/Clinical Sales Specialist role at CONMED involves promoting our innovative medical devices to General Surgeons, Urologists, OB/GYN, and Colorectal Physicians. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue and unit growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed product information to customers to drive revenue and unit growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the Territory Managers to effectively promote products to hospital personnel and physicians.
  • Meet with physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customer needs and develop plans to address those needs.
  • Observe actual procedures in the operating room to gain insight into physician and OR staff nuances.
  • Identify new sales leads and develop plans to provide customer solutions.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service.
