We are looking for an experienced professional with 2 years of experience in software development management. You will be working closely with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, as well as assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the IT budget and ensure effective resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients to understand their technology needs and preferences
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers to achieve high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development management
  • Strong technical knowledge of data processing and systems, programming software, and MS SQL Server
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
