As the Chief Digital Officer at Stonewood Group Inc., you will be responsible for driving the company's digital transformation agenda. With a strong track record of building reliable and scalable infrastructure in a highly distributed environment, you will lead the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce systems and experience conceptualizing, launching, and delivering multiple technology projects on time and within budget for a large, bilingual company. You will also possess broad-based business and technical acumen in all aspects of information technology, including full technology life cycle, budget management, resource allocations, network, hardware, software development, communications, and vendor/partner management.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop a plan to realize the company's vision. You will work closely with senior management to develop, deliver, and support the digital roadmap consistent with and reflecting the company's overall strategic plans for corporate growth.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent, and ten years of progressively increasing responsibility in technology. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive growth, profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and shaping the structure of the IT department, hiring and managing direct reports, working with the senior management team to develop the digital roadmap, maintaining awareness of industry trends, establishing key indicators for competitive performance, and fostering a culture that enables highly technical staff to consistently perform with excellence.

We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
