Farm Operations Manager

Olds Oasis Organic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Implement and maintain soil fertility programs
- Perform general farm duties, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
- Monitor and maintain quality control and production records
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
The Farm Supervisor will work in a physically demanding environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
