Farm Operations Manager

Olds Oasis Organic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Implement and maintain soil fertility programs
- Perform general farm duties, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
- Provide agricultural crop services, including cutting and maintaining quality control and production records
- Hire and train staff as needed
- 1-7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to perform physically demanding tasks. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
