Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Northstar Access. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, orders, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to review available inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate deliveries and logistics.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and policies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a rental equipment industry; sales experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
This is a full-time position based in Ontario, Canada, working primarily in an office setting with occasional outdoor exposure. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
