We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Cycling Instructor to join our team at Equinox West Georgia Street in Vancouver. As a Studio Cycling Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy and engaging cycling classes to our members, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic and motivating cycling classes that meet the needs of our diverse member base
  • Modify class intensity and provide technical support to members as needed
  • Monitor exercise intensity and ensure a safe and effective workout environment
  • Communicate effectively with Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment, and operational status
  • Teach classes on a regular basis and minimize subbing

Requirements

  • Current cycling certification
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong knowledge of basic anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise modifications
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new techniques and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
