Job Title: Certified Welder

We are seeking a skilled Certified Welder to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components, repairing equipment, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding and fabrication tasks to assemble structural forms, machinery frames, and other metal components.
  • Repair and maintain metal equipment and infrastructure using various welding techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and OEM maintenance information to complete work to mill standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid Interprovincial ticket and A-level welding certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work safely and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
