  • Collaborating with the sales team to assess project scope and plan during the sales cycles
  • Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all project activities, including scope, budget, timeline, and quality
  • Managing project governance meetings, effectively communicating project objectives, and providing clear directions to the project team
  • Identifying project risks and implementing strategies to minimize their impacts
  • Guiding and supporting consultants/advisors assigned to the project, evaluating their performance, and providing constructive feedback
  • Producing and communicating weekly project progress reports to stakeholders
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by managing their expectations, focusing on achieving their objectives, and providing guidance throughout the project
  • Playing an active role in the continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT project management, including ERP system implementation using agile (scrum) and waterfall methodologies
  • Extensive experience with either: SAP solutions (i.e.: S4/HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP Analytics Cloud) or Microsoft Solutions (i.e.: Tier 1, NAV, AX, Business Central, F&O)
  • PMP certification is a significant asset
  • Good knowledge of business processes in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or general services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and resourcefulness in project management; strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
