ROSS, a boutique consulting firm of top-notch Financial Services technology professionals, is seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant - ERP Deployment Expert to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in change management and/or project management involving ERP applications, with a solid background in creating and implementing structured change management methodologies and frameworks.

The Change Management Consultant - ERP Deployment Expert will be responsible for deploying ERP applications to end-users across multiple sites, applying change management expertise to handle the impact of change, and creating and managing the operational and support structure required for a successful deployment.

The successful candidate will have a wide understanding of financial services, a retail banking background, and excellent facilitation skills with end-users, peers, and senior management.

Bi-lingual skills in English and French are a must.

ROSS provides remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions, including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and leading-edge open-source HRIS software.

The Change Management Consultant - ERP Deployment Expert will be a key member of the ROSS team, working closely with clients to deliver successful ERP deployments.
