About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Product Management team at Travelers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the growth and profitability of our products, analyzing complex business problems, and proposing fact-based solutions to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand business results, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute recommendations to drive growth and profitability, considering local regulatory nuances and broader market dynamics.
  • Present and influence recommendations to business partners, including proposed product or pricing changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on specific projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in a mathematical, analytical, or data-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with competitive analysis tools and data visualization software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to consult and present information effectively to business partners.
