At Exit New Westminster, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to support our financial team. Key responsibilities include:


Financial Tasks:



  • Prepare and process payroll cheques, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements, and perform account reconciliations
  • Post journal entries and prepare financial reports, including trial balances
  • Support tax return preparation and other accounting tasks as needed

Personal Qualities and Requirements:



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week, English language
