About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the front desk, confirming reservations, and processing rental payments
- Maintaining property appearance and performing daily inspections of storage units
- Traveling between locations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner
