Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they're clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
- Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in sales (preferred)
- Valid driving license (required)
