**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Wash Operations Manager to join the team at Payless sand and gravel Inc. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the truck wash operations, including staff supervision, budget control, and customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and safe operation of the truck wash facility
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff and the truck wash operations
  • Oversee the planning and control of the budget and inventory for the truck wash facility
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies for the truck wash facility
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

**Requirements**

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**

  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg
