Senior Financial Services Relationship Manager

This is a key opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate sector team. As a senior financial services professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and resolving complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply your business development experience to prospect and lead generate new and existing clients
- Provide exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice within a Client Relationship Team model
- Collaborate and coordinate with a core group of expert advisors to create and execute a client contact strategy tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through the review of financial statements, identifying trends, monitoring risk, and assessing for credit restructuring
- Leverage the expertise of RBC by identifying referral opportunities, making introductions, and providing appropriate referrals to RBC partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience
- Italian language capability (fluent)
- Deep and proven client-centricity, business development, and relationship management excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- New client acquisition skills, including pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customer contact, and cold calling
- Experience with emerging communications and technology, including web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications
