Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 based on the location and industry standards.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring that necessary facilities and equipment are in place. You will also formulate program policies and procedures, evaluating the program in consultation with your supervisor. Additionally, you will plan and develop the program in consultation with the program manager, implementing activities and special events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Degree or Diploma in one of the humanities, social sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of three years in a similar facility or program, including at least one year in a supervisory or management role
  • Current WCB Occupational First Aid, Level 1 and CPR certificates required
  • Experience with basic sign language and/or alternative communication strategies training or experience an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to use common computer applications required
  • Food Safe food hygiene and sanitation and WHMIS (or willing to obtain within probationary period)
  • MANDT or Non-violent crisis intervention (or willing to obtain within probationary period)
