Strata Property Manager Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Manager Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our licensed property managers in all aspects of strata property management, while also pursuing your Strata Management Licensing Course.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support licensed property managers in daily operations, including reception desk duties and customer service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling maintenance and confirming jobs with tradespeople.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills in strata property management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC.

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 annually, with an increase to $60,000 upon successful completion of the licensing course.
