We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. As Principal, DEI, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity and strengthen inclusion within our clients' organizations and internally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global DEI strategy aligned with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops on DEI-related topics for all levels of our clients' organizations.
  • Coach executives and management teams to guide them in adopting DEI good practices.
  • Collect and analyze data on workforce diversity, identify trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations, networks and communities to strengthen DEI initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a network with various relevant project stakeholders.
  • Maintain the visibility of the expertise in public forums: conferences, training, articles, etc.
Requirements:
  • University degree in human resources, management, gender studies, sociology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the DEI field within consulting services.
  • Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prepare reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Thorough understanding of issues related to cultural diversity, gender and sexual orientation.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Certification in diversity and inclusion (e.g., CCDP, CDE) (an asset).
