We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer, CNC/CMM Specialist to join our team at International Rubber Products Ltd. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production, inventory, and quality assurance programs to optimize our manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of our processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Set and configure machine and equipment controls to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  • Conduct work measurement and other studies to analyze and optimize our production workflows.
  • Design and develop computer applications for our machines and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
