Job Summary:

As a Team Lead at Goldfish Swim School, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our swimming lessons. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and evaluate students' performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students' performance to ensure ongoing improvement and provide constructive feedback to instructors.
  • Use problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounter during lessons.
  • Inspect pool areas before and after each class to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards are met, reporting any issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain and ensure proper storage of all pool equipment, reporting any accidents or incidents to management.
  • Supervise and perform light cleaning duties, such as tidying the pool area and removing trash.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Commitment to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • Previous experience delivering high-quality swimming lesson supervision is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
