Swim School Team Lead

At Goldfish Swim School, we're dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. As a Swim School Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our students receive top-notch instruction and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate student performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance their learning experience.
  • Utilize problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address challenges and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all students.
  • Conduct regular inspections of pool areas to maintain cleanliness and report any issues to management.
  • Supervise and perform light cleaning duties, including tidying the pool area and disposing of trash.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in swimming instruction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in swimming lesson supervision or a related field is preferred.
  • A commitment to working a minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
  • A flexible schedule to accommodate school or other activities.
  • A passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
