Swim School Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim School Team Leader to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising our team of swim instructors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality swim lessons, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of swim instructors to ensure they are delivering high-quality lessons
  • Ensure the pool area is safe and well-maintained, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance to instructors
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current Lifesaving Society - National Lifeguard Certification
  • Aquatics Supervisor Trained - AST Certification
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED
  • Previous experience in a swim instruction or aquatic supervision role
