We are seeking a highly skilled Community Mental Health Worker 2 to join our team at the Outreach Community Health & Services Centre in Kelowna, B.C.
About the RoleThis is a casual opportunity with a guaranteed minimum of 0 hours and a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with youth and community Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU).
As a member of the Youth Intensive Case Management Team, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide case management services to high-risk youth with problematic substance use, concurrent disorders, and/or mental illness.
Schedule InformationThe shifts of work are days, from 09:00 to 17:00 hours, with likely 2-4 shifts per week available.
