Mental Health Clinical Lead

This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned mental health professional to join our team as a Team Leader for the Community Assertive Treatment (ACT) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to staff, while ensuring high-quality client care outcomes.
About the RoleThe Team Leader provides line leadership, supervision, clinical support, service delivery level problem solving to multidisciplinary Mental Health & Substance Use teams, and direct client care as required. You will work closely with our community partners to ensure seamless integration of services and provide liaison to local agencies and other service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff
- Lead the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of clinical practice to ensure quality client care outcomes
- Liaise with community partners to ensure integrated services
- Direct client care as required

Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this role is $83,421 - $103,579 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
