The Parts Driver/Shipper Receiver will be responsible for loading and offloading freight in a safe and efficient manner. Key duties include:
- Loading and offloading freight, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Confirming piece counts and inspecting items before signing carrier paperwork
- Verifying invoices and payments for each delivery
- Maintaining accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups
- Performing basic maintenance on the truck, including fueling, oil checks, and cleaning
- Assisting with inventory management and stocking orders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training
- Automotive dealership experience is an asset
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
