Gateway Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at Mark's. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the B2B Mark's Commercial Business function, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting store operations.
Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionIn this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service: Provide leadership to the team, consistently coach, and follow up to ensure delivery of service model standards to each customer.
- Operations: Implement, communicate, and ensure compliance with all operating procedures, processes, and policies.
- Training: Provide leadership to the team and consistently coach and follow up to ensure delivery of service model standards.
- Leadership: Act as a brand ambassador, promote brands and culture, motivate team performance through recognition programs, and maintain a positive work environment.
You will also be responsible for:
- BUILDING AND MANAGING A DAILY, WEEKLY PLAN FOR THE DEPARTMENT AND STORE.
- PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
- SUPERIOR TRAINING AND MENTORING SKILLS.
- 3-5 YEARS RETAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PROVEN ABILITY TO COACH, MENTOR, AND DEVELOP DEPARTMENT TEAM AND STORE TEAM.
- EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
- SUPERIOR TRAINING AND MENTORING SKILLS.
- 3-5 YEARS RETAIL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
