We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Visualisation Specialist to join our team at Vibe Lounge Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and production of visual elements for various projects, including print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Design and Estimation: Estimate time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, adapting existing concepts as needed.
  • Storyboard Development: Assist in creating storyboards for multimedia, interactive, and digital products, as well as television advertising and productions.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations to meet their communication needs.
  • Illustration and Animation: Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations, as well as 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of production, including sub-contracting and establishing guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
  • Graphic Element Development: Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and develop the graphic elements that meet the client's objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Freehand, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of visual effects and production art principles.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
