Membrane Replacement Manager

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is a leading provider of water recovery, treatment, and reuse solutions.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 depending on experience and location.
About the Role:
This position involves managing existing Membrane Replacement Agreements (MRAs) in North America and developing new operations/forecasting processes to support growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for MRA contract opportunities with sales and commercial engineering teams.
- Working closely with Services, Insight, and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are met and contract deliverables are provided.
- Maintaining forecasts of membrane replacements needed for factory production planning.
- Engaging project management teams in the execution of membrane replacement events as required.
- Ensuring accurate annual invoicing for active contracts.
- Monitoring and updating annual contract financial performance and forecasting.
- Coordinating customer feedback meetings to provide input.
- Acting as a customer advocate to motivate internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with SAP and other business productivity tools and platforms.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal groups and customers.
- Attention to detail and perseverance.
- Experience in customer relationship management and a degree in an engineering/science discipline or related technical field.
