About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Sales Consultant to join our team at Empower Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot problems related to equipment, and ensure that clients are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologies or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
