About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Sales Consultant to join our team at Empower Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Sales Contract Preparation: Prepare and negotiate sales contracts that meet the needs of both our clients and our company.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support to clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
