About the Role:
The Shuttle Driver will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless transportation of our guests and staff around the resort. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport guests and staff safely and efficiently around the resort
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a transportation or hospitality role is an asset
- Valid class 4 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
- Fluent spoken English
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
