About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting guests around the resort, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests around the resort in a safe and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle bus
  • Ensure all amenities are regularly restocked
  • Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hotel or transportation industry is desired but not essential
  • Valid class 4 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
  • Fluent spoken English
  • Strong commitment to service and guest satisfaction
