About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting guests around the resort, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport guests to and from various locations around the resort, including the village, ski lifts, and other amenities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or transportation setting
  • Valid class 4 driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Fluent spoken English and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
