**Clean and Maintain a Fast-Paced Kitchen Environment**

We're a wine bar and restaurant in the heart of Halifax's Queen's Marque district, serving a diverse selection of wines and seasonal, tapas-style plates. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate dishwashers efficiently to ensure timely cleaning of glassware and utensils.
  • Wash, polish, and put away all front of house glassware and utensils.
  • Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking supplies and products.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning products.
  • Perform general dish area maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, organization, and garbage removal.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working in a dishwasher role or similar environment is an asset.
  • Attention to detail and ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills to multi-task and maintain a clean environment.
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
